 EXPLICIT BIBLE TRUTH

Jesus
Who is he
What is he
Why is he

Isaiah 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: KJV
Matthew 7:8 For everyone who keeps asking will receive, and the person who keeps searching will find, and the person who keeps knocking will have the door opened. ISV
Romans 5:19 For as through the one man’s disobedience (Adam) the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One (man, Christ Jesus) the many will be made righteous (righteousness is the gift of God, Rom. 3:22, Eph. 2:8, ISV).

TODAY’S Comments
“Faith Based on Common Sense”

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

John 1:18 No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God
(God the Word, John 1:1,10,14 also 1Kings 12:22) who is in the bosom of the Father (the 3
rd Heaven, 2Cor.12:2-4, Daniel 7:13-14), He has explained Him.

Romans 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,
Romans 1:19 because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.
Romans
1:20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

Hardness of Heart

Romans 1:21 For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Romans 1:22 Professing to be wise, they became fools,
Romans 1:24 For this reason, God gave them over to impurity to follow the lusts of their hearts and to dishonor their bodies with one another.
Romans 1:25 They exchanged God’s truth for a lie and worshiped and served the creation rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.

Seeking God

Hebrews 11:6 And without faith (in God) it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He (God) is (exist) and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

John 4:23 Yet the hour is coming, and is now here, when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth (Greek=by means of the Spirit of God and by the means of God’s written Word). Indeed, the Father is looking for people like that to worship him.
John 4:24 God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth (Greek=by means of the Spirit of God and by means of God’s written Word).

Acts 20:20 And how I (the Apostle Paul) kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house,
Acts 20:21 Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks (gentiles),
repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Contrast

Titus 1:15 To the pure, all things are pure; but to those who are defiled an unbelieving, nothing is pure, but both their mind and their conscience are defiled.
Titus 1:16 They profess to know God, but by their
deeds they deny Him, being detestable and disobedient and worthless for any good (Godly) deed.

John 3:19 And this is the judgment, that the Light (God in Christ Jesus) has come into the world, and men loved the darkness more than the Light, for their works were evil.
John 3:20 For everyone practicing wickedness
hates the Light, and does not come to the Light, that his works may not be exposed.
John 3:21 But the one doing the truth comes to the Light, that his works may be revealed, that they exist, having been worked in God.

1John 3:9 No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot (practice) sin, because he is born of God.
1John 3:10 By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does
not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother.

The Cure

1Timothy 2:1 First of all, then, I urge you to offer petitions, prayers, intercessions, and expressions of thanks for all people,
1Timothy 2:2 for kings, and for everyone who has authority, so that we might lead a quiet and peaceful life with all godliness and dignity.
1Timothy 2:3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,
1Timothy 2:4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a full knowledge of the truth.

Don’t be surprised if the people you pray for might have distress or even great distress, even Jail. Like the thief at Calvary they may be hard to convince. Many will be convinced during the “Great Tribulation” and they will suffer greatly for their faith in God and the Lord Jesus.

2Timothy 2:24 A servant of the Lord must not argue. Instead, he must be kind to everyone, teachable, willing to suffer wrong,
2Timothy 2:25 and gentle in refuting his opponents. After all, maybe God will allow them to repent and to come to a full knowledge of the truth,
2Timothy 2:26 so that they might
escape from the devil’s snare, even though they’ve been held captive by him to do his will.

1Corinthians 6:9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived;neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,
1Corinthians 6:10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.
1Corinthians 6:11 Such were some of you; but you were washed (Ephesians 5:25-27), but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.
