Philippians chapter 4:
8–Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
There is much to enjoy when we walk with the Lord. The list of excellence has many things to do including hobbies, Galatians 5:16-26.
9–What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, the Apostle Paul—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
Isaiah chapter 28:
10–For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little.
Matthew chapter 7:
8–For everyone who keeps asking will receive, and the person who keeps searching will find, and the person who keeps knocking will have the door opened.
Romans chapter 5:
19–For as through the one man’s disobedience (Adam) the many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One (man, Jesus) the many will be made righteous. Righteousness is the gift of God, Romans 3:22, Ephesians 2:8.
Sacrifice of the innocent:
Romans chapter 8:
18–For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed to us.
19–For the creation is eagerly awaiting the revelation of God’s children,
20–because the creation has become subject to futility, though not by anything it did. The one who subjected it did so in the certainty
21–that the creation itself would also be set free from corrupting bondage in order to share the glorious freedom of God’s children.
22–For we know that all the rest of creation has been groaning with the pains of childbirth up to the present time.
Israel under the Aaronic Priesthood was directed by God to continually sacrifice innocent animals for the sins of Israel who continually sinned.
The Animals had done nothing wrong but were used as examples of Innocence, as a teaching aid so that when Messiah came and died a light would come on so to speak but for many that light never came on and they are in darkness today.
The first born Baby son of King David and Bathsheba was innocent but died in infancy for the Sin of David and Bathsheba. One thousand years later another innocent son of David died on a cross at Calvary for the SINS OF THE WORLD.
DO WE UNDERSTAND that only INNOCENCE is acceptable to God for the RANSOM of the Guilty as Guilty is defective and not acceptable for anything but reconstruction or destruction, Romans 8:28-30.
Galatians chapter 3:
22–But the Scripture imprisoned EVERYONE under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ MIGHT be given to those who BELIEVE.
BELIEVE and MIGHT here are verbs, a word of action meaning those who believe and act upon what they believe.
Romans chapter 5:
18–So then as through one transgression there resulted condemnation to ALL MANKIND, even so through one act of righteousness there resulted justification of life to ALL MANKIND.
19–For as through the one man’s disobedience the MANY were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One the MANY will be made righteous.
We were born sinners. That is our inheritance from the first man who is Adam but God provided a second Adam who is the pattern for those who would like to be righteous. SO; we have volition and make a choice to live righteously or remain as we were born. God will conform those who choose righteousness to the image of His Son. By God’s foreknowledge He knew WHO WOULD and WHO WOULD NOT choose righteousness but He DENIED NO ONE.
2Peter chapter 3:
9–The Lord of the promise is not slow, as some deem slowness, but is long-suffering toward us, NOT HAVING PURPOSED any to perish, but ALL TO COME TO REPENTANCE.
Jesus is the pattern, the model, the visible image of perfection that is before us, Romans 8:28-30 as recorded in the Bible. The Baby son of King David was innocent and he is currently in a place of peace awaiting resurrection, probably with the Lord but David and Bathsheba were of necessity being conformed to the Image of perfection, the 10 commandments, Exodus 20:1-17 until their Death, suffering the consequences of their deed as we all do, 1John 1:9, Romans 8:6, Philippians 1:6, 2Timothy 2:20-22. David and Bathsheba were creatures of Grace as are we that could not be saved by the Moral Law as we must be conformed to the standard of perfection who is Jesus. God forgives us, 1John 1:9 but we keep the scars that will eventually disappear and be forgotten both mental and physical.
The Priesthood:
With the onetime offering and resurrection of Jesus also came a change in the priesthood reverting to the Older Melchizedek priesthood that had been temporarily set aside for Israel who God placed under the LAW OF MOSES and the AARONIC PRIESTHOOD. The Melchizedek priesthood was reinstated for all believers for the CHURCH AGE and beyond. After the Church Rapture Israel will again be God’s ambassadors for 7 years and Israel will again sacrifice innocent animals but not by God’s instruction for the first 3.5 years until the GRAIN OFFERING AND SACRIFICE is taken away, Daniel 9:27.
Satan will be forcibly removed from God’s heaven, Revelation 12:7-9 and 14 and will terrorize planet Earth for the last 3.5 years of the 7 years attempting to destroy Israel and take control of Planet Earth. In desperation Satan will murder perhaps billions of Jews and Gentiles but Satan will fail in his desperate mission being completely defeated at Armageddon.
Melchizedek was a priest of the Eternal God and also the King of Salem post, after the flood of Noah making him a KING-PRIEST, Hebrews 7:1-2 who has no genealogy, no Father or Mother.
No Mother or Father here means his birth was not a Natural MORTAL BIRTH but a Supernatural Birth making him a NEW CREATION becoming something other than what He had been; meaning, He was born from above, BORN AGAIN as we are and we also receive a NEW NAME because we are being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, Revelation 2:17, Romans 8:28-30, Acts 13:48 becoming a new person with new attitudes. NO, we are not Stepford wives or Robots but we are in process becoming righteous in deed as well as thought. If God wanted Robots He would have made Robots and avoided trouble; instead, He created His creatures; Angels, Humans and animals with VOLITION in control of instincts. Small Dogs and cats avoid fighting with larger animals over food or other instincts if possible even if hungry or in need of the expression of love. It is our flesh that says YES and our spirit that says NO, Romans 8:10.
The Holy Spirit, Luke 1:35 is the Father and the Virgin Mary is the Mother of the MAN who is Jesus. The seed that became Jesus arrived in the Virgin Mary through the genealogy of Luke chapter 3 from Genesis 3:15 in a dormant form. The Holy Spirit activated the seed and combined it with the ovum of Mary producing Jesus. In electronic Jargon we would say he toggled the seed meaning, like a light switch He turned it on or activated it. Had Mary been impregnated by normal process she would not have been a Virgin, Isaiah 7:14.
GOD THE WORD, John 1:1-14 is the original resident in Jesus and He animates Jesus, the BODY OF GOD, Hebrews 10:5 making it function, John 1:14 as our spirit animates our body making it alive and giving us access to this reality, creation which is time and space. Post resurrection Jesus was able to appear and disappear at will becoming invisible or moving to a different dimension, John 14:10-11.
The seed that produced Jesus was removed from Adam and transferred to Eve when she was taken from Adam’s side and thus was unaffected when Adam transgressed.
The dormant and protected seed became the BODY OF GOD, Hebrews 10:5 about 4000 years later after passing through the genealogy of Luke chapter 3. The seed of the human race was in Adam when he transgressed and we all suffer the consequence, Romans 8:28 as it is meant and was done for our good even though Satan initiated the action for our destruction.
When Jesus was water baptized at the age of about 30, the Holy Spirit rested on Him and He became JESUS THE CHRIST, Jesus Christ whose name means the anointed of God who is Messiah who currently sits as High Priest of the Melchisedec priesthood on the throne of His Father where Satan is making his appeal and functioning as a prosecuting attorney against the human race, Revelation 12:10 and Jesus is our defense, 1John 1:7-10. Jesus Christ will sit as the KING-PRIEST of Israel and the entire world for 1000 years post, after the final WAR which is Armageddon where Jesus Christ takes possession of Planet Earth.
God will judge the works of Christians through JESUS for reward or loss of reward, 1Corinthians 3:11-15 and He will judge the UNREDEEMED for life or death based on their works, John 5:28-29, Revelation 20:13-15, Romans 2:1-29.
2Corinthians chapter 5:
17–Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a NEW CREATURE, CREATION; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.
Melchizedek was most probably born SHEM who was the 2nd born of Noah and his wife. The life of Shim overlapped Abraham’s life by quite a few years.
When Shem was born again and following God by means of regeneration he became Melchizedek, Matthew 19:28 receiving the new name for the new person, 1Corinthians 2:1-16, Revelation 2:17 and 3:12 and 19:13-16.
Because Jesus is the onetime sacrifice, the last sacrifice, WE THE FAITHFUL, SABBATH, Hebrews chapter 4, RESTING in His sacrifice, Hebrews 4:8 giving us access to the throne of Grace, 1John 1:9 in the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST who lived and died and was resurrected having lived a victorious life and becoming the pattern that we are being conformed to, Romans 8:28-30.
Jesus The Prophet of God
Deuteronomy chapter 18:
15–Jehovah your God shall raise up to you a prophet from among you, of your brothers (a male Jew), one like me (Moses); you shall listen to him,
18–I shall raise up a prophet to them (Israel) from among their brothers (a male Jew), one like you (Moses); and I will put My Words in his mouth and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him.
19–And it shall be, whoever will not listen to My Words which he shall speak in My name, I will require it at his hand (the Listener).
Moses, the Prophet who spoke “Face to Face” with God and recorded Genesis through Deuteronomy as dictated by God was born and died between the years 1300-1150 B.C. Here, Moses is prophesying concerning Messiah who is Jesus Christ who is God in the flesh of Jesus. The ministry of Jesus Christ began about 1250 years later in 30 A.D.
Jesus, the Prophet of God
John chapter 14:
10–Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The Words which I speak to you I do not speak from Myself, but the Father who abides in Me, He does the works, John 1:21, Hebrews 1:1-2.
SO, God the Father does the works in and through Jesus as He did in the Apostles and Prophets, Hebrews 1:1-2, 2Peter 1:20-21.
Act chapter 3:
22–Moses said, ‘The Lord God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brothers. You shall listen to him in whatever he tells you.
23–And it shall be that every soul who does not listen to that prophet shall be destroyed from the people.
24–And all the prophets who have spoken, from Samuel and those who came after him, also proclaimed these days.
Hebrews chapter 1:
1–Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers (Israel) by the prophets,
2–but in these last days he has spoken to us (Israel) by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he CREATED THE WORLD, John 1:3 who is God The Word, God The Creator, the Agent of Creation. The omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, eternal God has many names and they are different aspects of His person and ministries.
3–He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and HE UPHOLDS THE UNIVERSE BY THE WORD OF HIS POWER. After making purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, Daniel 7:13-14.
John chapter 14:
11–Believe Me that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me; but if not, believe Me because of the works themselves.
These are works that Messiah would do and they were being done by Jesus who is the Christ, Luke 7:22, Acts 2:22, Isaiah 29:18, 19; 35:5, 6; 61:1.
John the Baptist answers the Priest and Levites.
John chapter 1:
20–And he acknowledged and did not deny; yea, he acknowledged, I am not the Christ.
21–And they asked him, What, then? Are you Elijah? And he said, I am not. ARE YOU THE PROPHET? And he answered, No.
The prophet they are referring to here is the prophet spoken of through Moses in Deuteronomy 18:18, 1250 years earlier who is Jesus Christ and is confirmed in Acts 3:22-24.
22–Then they said to him, Who are you, that we may give an answer to those sending us? What do you say about yourself?
23–He said, “I am a voice crying in the wilderness:” “Make straight” “the way of the Lord,” as Isaiah the prophet said Isaiah 40:3.
Jesus warns of the False Prophet.
John chapter 5:
43–I have come in the NAME OF MY FATHER, Deuteronomy 18:19 see above, and you do not receive Me. If another comes in his own name, you will receive that one.
The NAME OF THE FATHER is the OLD TESTAMENT PROPHECIES regarding the Holy one, the Christ, the Messiah of God. The false prophet will come in his own name which will be FALSE SIGNS AND LYING WONDERS, 2Thessalonians 2:1-12. The False Prophet will be what Israel wants and he will seem to serve Israel until the last 3.5 years, of the last 7 year period of time, the 70th week of the Prophet Daniel 9:24.
44–How are you able to believe, you who receive glory from one another, and the glory which is from the only God you do not seek?
The False Prophet!
Revelation chapter 13:
11–And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth. And it had two horns like a lamb, but spoke like a dragon.
12–And it executes all the authority of the first beast before it. And it causes that the earth and those dwelling in it should worship the first beast, of which was healed its deadly wound.
THE CHURCH, THE “BODY OF CHRIST” WILL
BE RAPTURED AT REVELATION 4:1.
13–And it does great signs, that it even causes fire to come down out of the heaven onto the earth before men.
14–And it deceives those dwelling on the earth, because of the signs which were given to it to do before the beast, saying to those DWELLING ON THE EARTH to make an image to the beast who has the wound of the sword, and lived.
